Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, North Carolina Board of Massage & Bodywork Therapy

I have been practicing massage therapy since 1994, where I received my certification from Redfern Training Systems in Illinois with a focus on Therapeutic and Sports Massage.

The first year in practice was working sporting events like the Chicago Marathon, Multiple Sclerosis 150 Bike race, Frank Lloyd Wright 10K run 5K Walk which interested me in sports massage and bodywork. I concentrated on healing athletes and remain interested in this field.

In 1995, moved to Arizona and began working in geriatrics at a multi level retirement home for five years as the Wellness Coordinator. Starting this program offering massage therapy, water aerobics, chair exercise, weight training, and Thai Chi. While in Arizona I had a mentor who taught  alternative techniques as a way to heal the body and soul through Myotherapy which has made me a more effective therapist.  In 2000 started my own private practice traveling to clients homes and did so for 4 years until moving to Northern California in 2004.

Where I worked as the massage therapist for Cusack Chiropractic for 3 years while at the same time was one of the top therapist at Splash Spa at Sports Club Millennium within the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco.

My wife and I moved to North Carolina in 2007. I have now started a new practice in Cary.

Over the past 15 years I have fine tuned my skills by learning different techniques or modalities in order to help treat and heal my clients.
